Tolcarne Beach is one of Newquay's 11 beaches and is only a 4 minute walk from the front door of this spacious home.
Situated on a quiet road, this house has everything you will need, from ample parking (4 cars) to an enclosed garden with BBQ, decking and seating.

The 4 minute walk to Tolcarne Beach is also home to the amazing Colonial Fish & Grill Restaurant - gorgeous period decor, fabulous food and stunning views over Tolcarne Beach. The local beach has surf hire and a great bar/restaurant right on the beach. Newquay is renowned for its surf culture with shops offering surf gear, body boarding, paddle boarding and sea kayaking with plenty of surf schools and hire centres around the bay.

Newquay also offers tennis clubs, leisure centres with pool & inflatable days and an indoor trampoline centre - all within walking distance. The boating lakes in the nearby park are a short walk from the house and boast an array of cafes, horse riding along the estuary that leads all the way down to the beach at Crantock with its pure white sand.

The shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Newquay are a short stroll away and the coastal drive past many secluded beaches stunning.

Newquay also has a great cinema, zoo, theatre and many shops, as well as a links golf club with stunning views over Fistral Beach.
