Lovely 3 bedroom cottage enjoying a beautiful setting of truly exceptional Fife countryside, 2.5 miles to the south of St Andrews, the world famous home of golf. the Fairmont Hotel and the Coastal path are just a short walk away.

The cottage has been tastefully decorated with 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (which can be moved to accommodate different parties) and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Patio doors lead to a private enclosed garden, with a BBQ, from the lounge and the kitchen and dining area are open plan. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and also a downstairs WC.
