Inside this cottage, there is a warm and welcoming ambiance, with plenty of comfortable seating in the sitting room so everyone can gather together either to watch the TV or play one of the many board games provided, perfect for rainy days. The separate dining room has a couple of comfy chairs positioned just in front of the French door, ideal for warm summer days when you can open the doors and let the sea breeze drift in, making it more than just a place to dine. With two attractive bedrooms, the double benefiting from an en-suite shower room and the second having twin beds giving flexible sleeping arrangements. The fitted kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything from two electric ovens to a full-size dishwasher, which means everyone gets to enjoy time together after a delicious dinner prepared by the designated cook. All rooms are themed in different colours, giving this self-catering holiday home it’s charming character, with the seaside theme continuing right through into the family bathroom. Guests can safely store all forms of watersports equipment and cycles in the garage, which sits to the side of this coastal bungalow. Outside, there is a generous rear lawned garden with mature shrubs and trees making it a lovely sheltered spot to sit and relax, whilst the frontage is a lovely wide lawn with off road parking. A short walk from the property is Rustington beach which is popular for wind and kite surfing as well as beachcombing and swimming. It is made up of shingle and sand, making it a lovely place for families to enjoy, as well as your four-legged friends enjoying a walk along the shoreline whatever the weather. Alternatively the village's shops can be visited enabling you to stock up with wonderful homemade pies and pastries and buy freshly baked bread and cakes, perfect for packing into a picnic and setting off to explore Sussex in all its glory. With the South Downs only a few miles away, quaint market towns all around and historic houses and castles a short drive away, you will be spoilt for choice on your holiday.
