The Oystercatcher is in a quiet corner location, less than 90m from the award winning, sandy beach. With sea views, this two bedroom chalet offers all you need for a great holiday or short break. Electric central heating means the chalet is available all year round and there is no extra charge for electricity.
The long, sandy beach towards Fraisthorpe and beyond is dog friendly throughout the year (seasonal restrictions towards Bridlington).
This deceptively spacious, detached chalet, has ample room for you and your dogs (two maximum unless by prior arrangement).
The dining kitchen runs the entire length of the chalet with patio doors onto the south facing fenced seating area. A spacious living room, comfortably furnished with three seater sofa and chair. Flatscreen smart Freesat TV and broadband. The bathroom has an electric shower, vanity unit and toilet. You can expect: A well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, ceramic hob with double oven and a fridge freezer Large screen smart TV with Freesat Broadband internet access with WiFi Electric central heating Bedding Towels (even one for the dog!) Dog friendly with two fenced areas Parking alongside the chalet Views South to the sea from the living room and main bedroom Views to the North, to Flamborough Head, from the second bedroom
