Get ready to soak up the epitome of luxury living with seaside charm at this gorgeous beach house. Sleeping up to 10 guests (8 in the main house and 2 in the heated garden annexe), it is perfect for multigenerational getaways or groups looking to spend time exploring all that Mudeford has to offer. One medium size dog allowed. As you make your way inside the property, you're met with an aura of calm and cosy vibes. The stylish open-plan kitchen/dining/living room full of natural touches will instantly make you feel at home. Sink into the plush, cushioned sofa watching your favourite flick on our cutting edge HDTV -- or why not set up epic board game battles on the kitchen island bar? Savouring sunny days, throw open the bi-folds and spill out into the garden enjoying lively chats & meals on the patio while grilling on the BBQ or during the blustery winter days (our favourite time of the year in Mudeford), get cosy in front of the wood burner with your favourite bottle of wine, a blanket and a good book. And finally, when everyone is ready for bed after an adventure packed day, head to one of five bedrooms - In the main house, two on the ground floor for those with mobility issues (one with an en-suite) and two on the first floor, both with en-suite shower rooms. The annexe is suitable for two guest and is fully centrally heating with its own en-suite shower room. For those having to check on work emails whilst away, you'll find a designated work space here. Private off road parking is available to the front of the property for up to three cars. What we love about the property & Mudeford: ✓ Starting the day off with a steaming cuppa made from our complementary coffee bar before stepping out onto the grassy lawn in the private garden. ✓ Firing up the barbecue and charing our favourite meats and veggies to perfection. ✓ Lighting the indoor wood burner and let the crackling sounds of the embers push away the chill of the evening. ✓ If the rain and wind blow through, grabbing a bowl of popcorn and binge watching movies or TV series on our favourite streaming platforms. ✓ Taking the ferry at Mudeford Quay across to the spit, stopping for a coffee at the Beach House Cafe and walking up to Hengistbury Head for views across to the Purbecks to the West and Isle of Wight to the East, and back again. ✓ Getting fish and chips from Alexanders in Stanpit, walking to Mudeford Quay and watch the sunset at the end of the day. ✓ Heading for a breakfast or brunch at The Noisy Lobster or Beach Hut Cafe (dog friendly) looking out to sea. ✓ Watching the windsurfers and kite boarders on the Harbour or Avon Beach when the wind is strong enough. ✓ Heading to The Haven Inn on the Quay to chat to locals. Guest access Guests will have the entire property for themselves. Other things to note Please note that one well trained medium sized dog is permitted. No other pets are allowed.
