Dining table seats 6 easily, plenty of room for guests. Kitchen - with pantry, fridge freezer, kettle toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with sunken bath and electric shower over the bath, separate toilet. Situated in a prime location on the Norfolk coast. Enclosed front garden with parking for one car, additional parking outside the front of the property on the lawn. Beautiful established rear garden, fabulous for sunbathing and for your dogs to explore. Covered area outside the backdoor and picnic bench. Picturesque views over looking the sea, less than a minutes’ walk to beautiful sandy beaches. Modern facilities.
