Stillwaters

Overview

Stillwaters is a three bedroom house located in Dartmouth. This holiday home has a open plan kitchen/dining and living area. It has a beautiful outside space to enjoy the view of the River Dart. This property is located within a walking distance to the town centre plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Kitchen/dining/living area

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. This room is lit by six downlighters and a window. There is a dining glass table with six chairs.

The living area has two two seater sofas. It has a flat screen TV and a coffee table on the centre. This area is lit by one big window six downlighters and two lamps. This area is heated by a fireplace and a radiator.

Sleeping

The first bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a double bed with two wooden bedside tables with bedside lamps. There is a washbasin in the corner. There is a flat screen TV, a chest of drawers, a desk and a coffee table next to it. This room access to a balcony with a stunning view of the town and the river Dart.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a double bed with two bedside table with two bedside lamps. It has a dressing table with mirror. There is a wardrobe and a washbasin in the corner. Thsi room is lit by a wall mounted lamp and a window, with a fabolous view of the River Dart.

The third room, also on the second floor, has a single bed with a bedside table with bedside lamp. It has a washbasin and a wardrobe. This room has two wall mounted lamps and a window overlooking the town.

Bathroom

It has a large shower, a WC and a washbasin. There are four downlighters and a window lighting up this room. It has a towel rail.

There is an additional WC outside by the door.

Outside

There is outside furniture to enjoy a nice drink overlooking a stunning view of Dartmouth and the river Dart. The front door is accessed by few descending steps, but the property is accessed from the street through 2 flights of stairs with ~20 steps.

Parking

A parking permit for the Mayors Avenue car-park is provided which also gives you access to the Dartmouth park and ride. Parking is limited and available on a first come first serve basis.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
