A delightful stone cottage, just on the prom in Mumbles. Interiors are beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings mixed with period features. Accommodation is bright and spacious with plenty of room for four guests with an open plan living space and fabulous sea views.  Relax in the pretty gardens or stroll along the prom… a great coastal bolthole for friends, families and the dogs!

Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way. 

  • Size: sleeps 4 in  bedrooms
  • Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x twin beds which can be made into a king bed

Accommodation

Ground floor

  • Living room: sofa and armchair, sideboard, TV, iPod station, electric fire.
  • Dining area: table with 6 seating for six.
  • Kitchen: gas hob and electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, microwave, bistro style dining set for 4.
  • Cloakroom: WC, wash hand basin.

First Floor with split level landing 

  • Bedroom 1: king size bed, fitted mirrored wardrobes, a dressing table and a flatscreen TV on the wall with views out to sea and towards Mumbles Pier.
  • Bedroom 2: king size zip and link beds/2 singles, wardrobe and drawers.
  • Bathroom: shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin.

Second floor

  • Second living room: soft seating, Velux windows with seafront views, docking station, books and games.
  • Entertainment: docking station, books and games.
  •  
    • Outside: rear lawned garden with some planting and outdoor dining furniture for 4.
    • Parking:  A garage is available to the rear of the property to accommodate 1 car
  • General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating.
  • Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
  • Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
  • Notes: no smoking.  cottage is located on Mumbles Road where the volumes of traffic can vary. Please advise of bed configuration when booking.
