One bedroom with a king size bed

Bathroom/wet room (accessed through bedroom)

All on ground level throughout

Enclosed Garden with patio and furniture (bbq in the spring and summer months)

Fully equipped kitchen Including oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk, Eggs, home made cake, tea towels, toilet rolls, towels, bedding and dog towels and treats.

We are dog friendly up-to 3 dogs (would prefer 1 large dog, 2 medium size dogs or 3 small dogs, Due to space but please enquire if you have more dogs) We ask for all dogs to be cat friendly we have 5 on site who do wander in the garden occasionally.

We offer livery for guests with horses but please check livery availability and price before booking.

Horses are on a full livery basis stable, field bedding and hay. Fantastic hacking, from the annex you can see your horses in the adjacent fields.

We are located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border between Diss and Bury St Edmunds, with fantastic access to explore both.

The village of Thelnetham is a small village with a small pub, windmill, Fen and lots of walking and hacking.
