Ovgar Starboard

Starboard is a spacious semi detached cottage which is set in a secluded grove of pine trees right in the heart of Sandbanks Peninsula. The cottage was built over 100 years ago and in recent years was divided into two, now named Port and Starboard. They have been lovingly modernised by the current owners with a fresh, bright interior and coastal charm.

Starboard is a short walk away from the famous Blue Flag beach and close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which includes restaurants, cafes, and watersports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.

The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six people. There is a garden and parking for a number of cars. Starboard is the ideal location for a family holiday by the sea.

Port and Starboard can be booked together for a large family needing accommodation up to 12.

Entrance

A private drive leads up to the cottage. There is a large parking area to the front of the property which will easily accommodate up to 6 cars, this is also ideal for a boat and trailer.

Ground Floor

The front door leads to an entrance hall. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area is fresh and bright. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The large, solid wood dining table comfortably seats six and the living area has comfortable sofas and a TV. There is also a utility room with a washer and w/c.

First Floor

On this floor there are two spacious twin bedded rooms and one large, super kingsize bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and there is a separate w/c.

The Garden

Accessed from the living room, the garden is pretty with mature planting and there is a decked area with outside seating for six.
