This old seaside terraced property lends itself to being quaint, quirky and quiet ( apart from the seagulls!!).  Its comfortable and cosy with a lovely open fire.  Families and groups over 25 years. Enchanting, dog friendly property with lots of character.

3 double bedrooms one with king size bed, one with double bed, one with double bed and single. All bedding provided- sheets, pillows and duvets. 
Loft room has one single bed and one double, in it and is an ideal den for children 7 or over with their own TV and DVD player and beanbags.  Stairs to the loft room are steep and may not be suitable for younger children and the elderly.
Sleeps 7, with 6 more comfortably.
Travel cot and sheets, highchair
One large bathroom with luxury Victorian roll top bath, separate walk in electric shower.  

Downstairs toilet with macerator.
Towels provided.
Open plan lounge and dining room. Open fire with safety guard.
Farm house style kitchen with farmhouse style table and 4 chairs.
Range style dual fuel cooker.
Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Enclosed walled garden. Picnic table, directors chairs, umbrella, coal/wood BBQ including utensils and apron, water butts, storage shed, extendable washing line.
Conservatory - ideal den for dogs or children with safety gate.
We accept 4 reasonably sized dogs.
DVD`s, games, books and children's puzzles etc.
Smart TV with Netflix access (you must hold your own account)

Stair gates provided, as well as iron and ironing board, Henry Hoover, dog beds, dog bowls, dog towels, poo bags.
Access to a dog friendly all year round beach within 100 yards.
Pubs and restaurants within walking distance most take dogs including one right on the beach - Aqua Bar
Sovereign Harbour 5 minutes by car full of restaurants. 

Water sports hire just around the corner as well as bike hire. Watersports include paddleboarding, kite and wind surfing, and sailing. Sea fishing from the beach.
Historical sights to visit including Beachy Head, Pevensey castle, Pevensey marshes (great for bird watching),  the South Downs, Seven Sisters, Battle, and Hastings.
Please note stairs to second floor loft room are steep and not suitable for young children or elderly.
