Pleasantly appointed throughout, providing warm and homely accommodation, this Falstone cottage has a traditional appearance, and dates back to 1846, making it ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing retreat from which they can explore the surrounding countryside. With comfortable furnishings, this Falstone cottage provides three bedrooms and a fitted kitchen, a great place for rustling up a hearty meal. The welcoming sitting room and sociable dining room both benefit from toasty woodburners, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing in after a day's sightseeing. Outside this south-facing Falstone cottage, there is a lovely cottage garden to the front, which is a haven for a variety of birds and from where you can admire the stunning views towards the North Tyne River, plus a telescope is available if you wish to view the wonderful night's sky. There is something to suit everyone from this Northumberland cottage, with endless country walks, cycle routes, and just a short drive away, Kielder Water, which provides a multitude of water based activities. A little further away, but still within easy reach, are the delights of the Heritage Coastline, Hadrian's Wall and the Scottish Borders.
