Our holiday accommodation

A warm welcome awaits in a two-storey cottage or ground floor studio, each individually designed and furnished with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your visit. Outside, a patio and/or the garden is a great place to relax. 
You can snuggle in beautiful luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft towels. All the accommodation units are equipped with a TV and Blu-ray player, WiFi, hair-drier and a kitchen complete with fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Ocado (Waitrose) and Tesco deliver as does the local farm shop! 
For your convenience there is also a Laundry Room on site and extra storage for bikes and trailers. Our car parks have space for over thirty vehicles.
If you’d like to venture out to eat, there are delightful country pubs and restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. We’ll give you a list of our recommendations.

The Granary Cottages - two storey luxury (sleeping 2 to 6)

On the first floor, there’s a twin or double bedroom and bathroom with a shower. One of the cottages also has an additional bedroom that can be used as a twin or single. The ground-floor living area has a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Your fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you’ll need for your stay. All you have to do is unpack!

The Stables - fully accessible studio (sleeps 2)

Each ground floor studio is individually designed and furnished to provide easy access for those with disabilities, without compromising on style or comfort. Double or twin beds, wet-room shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s even a patio to enjoy the sunset! Whether you have a disability or not you will find these to be the perfect base to go out and explore what Suffolk has to offer.

Farmhouse Cottage **New for 2022

Our 17th Century ‘Farmhouse’ two-bedroom cottage is ideal for a couple, family or group of friends wanting comfortable self-catering accommodation. You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms in this character-filled, three-storey holiday home. The living room has a feature open fireplace and beamed ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a power-shower in the downstairs bathroom. Outside, relax on the south-facing patio whilst watching ducks on the pond or head off to the seaside for a stroll!

The age and construction of this 400-year old building means that there are some areas of restricted headroom and sloping or uneven floors within the property.  Both staircases are also steep and winding – hence the minimum age requirement of 12-years old.

Mollett’s Farm is perfectly placed for a stay in the glorious Suffolk countryside. 
Stunning landscapes filled with forests and sweeping arable farmland, and a coast woven with enchanting estuaries makes Suffolk a favourite for visitors and artists.
Close to the sea, Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and the world-renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all minutes away. The market towns of Framlingham with its Norman castle or Woodbridge offer history and stylish shopping, while the famous RSPB Minsmere Reserve is a haven for bird and deer lovers. 
Explore the mystery of the disappearing village of clifftop Dunwich, or the delights of Orford Castle before lunch at a country pub.
Cinemas at Aldeburgh, Leiston and Woodbridge or the New Wolsey or Regent Theatre in Ipswich offer every type of entertainment. Come for the Latitude Festival in July, Folk East in August or one of many other festivals in Suffolk, all a short distance from Mollett’s Farm - your home away from home.
