The well-equipped kitchen caters for all your needs with a comfy dining area to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a family meal together in the evening. The shower room is located on the ground floor and is very well-appointed and stylish with a walk in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms with high headboards, accents walls, soft lighting and comfy beds, ensuring a good nights sleep. Outside, there is parking for one car and a small gravelled seating area to the side provides somewhere to enjoy the sun from early afternoon, moving to the front of the cottage where there is additional seating to enjoy a glass of something on a Summers evenings after a day of exploring. Local shops, restaurants, pubs and even a cinema are all less than a mile away and there are some fantastic walks from the doorstep with great access to Snowdonia which offers more wonderful walking opportunities and mountain bike tracks to explore. Blaenau Ffestiniog is home to a host of adrenaline-fuelled activities at Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Zip World Titan (the largest zip zone in Europe), Zip World Caverns and Bounce Below (deep mine zip wires and the largest underground system of trampolines in the world!) are all located here. For something a little less energetic, the well-known Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam railway is also close by and will be loved by all. A little further afield, why not visit the Italian village and gardens of Portmeirion, together with historic castles and sandy beaches all within a 20 minute drive away.
