The gardens are fenced for safety, without spoiling the view. We’re a 5 min stroll from a dog friendly pub and less than 10 miles from a stunning, sandy dog friendly beach.

Each property is beautifully furnished and they all benefit from great views directly over the lake. (The gardens are fenced for safety, without spoiling the view). You are welcome to enjoy a stroll around the lake and up into our fields, where you can enjoy the fabulous views out over the glorious Devon countryside, or maybe take advantage of our cosy campfire area, with fire bowl. We supply everything you need to enjoy a campfire under the stars, including the marshmallows! Our cute alpacas can also be seen grazing in their fields and you are welcome to come and meet them, as an alpaca experience is included in your stay. As if this wasn’t enough, we’re less than 10 miles from a superb, sandy beach which is dog friendly all year round, plus our wonderful, dog friendly village pub is only a 5 minute stroll away and it serves great food!
