Middlehead Cottages

Nestled within the North York Moors are our 4 stone cottages, located on a private 6 acre site on the edge of Cropton Forest, amidst greenery, (heather, trees, ferns, holly & trickling becks etc), surrounded by wildlife & tranquility, the perfect retreat with family & nature to relax, cycle & walk. All 4 of our fully equipped cottages mean that you only need to bring toothbrushes, toothpaste & groceries (supermarket s do deliver here) for your stay with us, a welcome gift from us to you includes fresh milk, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, jam and butter. Each cottage has its own decking area complemented with a private hot tub. You even have your own BBQ. There are ample outdoor seating areas within the landscaped gardens, large conservatory, terrace, picturesque garden courtyard, plenty of safe areas for children to play & dogs to bound!! Even better you have access to a large fishing pond which is included in the price of your stay. All we ask is that you have a license. Guests who enjoy walking & exploring have the forest & moorland to discover, you will be rewarded by witnessing the magnificent Red, Roe & Fallow Deer who roam freely in the immediate wilderness.
