Overview
Little Seawatch is a delightful one bedroom coastal detached chalet that has recently been extensively refurbished throughout to provide a stylish and contemporary holiday bolthole.   Located on a small development of similar properties in this popular coastal village of Stoke Fleming,  Little Seawatch, as the name suggests, enjoys sea views down across the Valley.  Situated just off the Village centre, an ideal base for exploring the South Hams and the South West Coast Path. 

The chalet is set in a peaceful location and it is conveniently located just a leisurely stroll to the local child and dog friendly village pub, The Green Dragon, Radius 7 Restaurant which is also a takeaway and also Venus Cafe at Blackpool Sands.

There is a bus stop a short walk from the chalet which offers various routes including Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Blackpool Sands.

Open Plan Living and Kitchen Area
Refurbished and fully furnished to a high standard throughout with a high quality laminate flooring laid with furniture comprising of a two seater sofa, a wall mounted flat-screen TV with freeview TV, glass bistro table with contemporary bar stools.  A sliding patio door with folding shutters provides a picture frame for the fabulous sea views with a set of steps leading down onto the private paved patio area. Binoculars are supplied for guests use on the premises too.

The kitchen is situated to the rear of the property with a range of contemporary high gloss kitchen units with a built in cooker with electric hob and an integrated fridge with ice compartment.

Bedroom
A double bed gives you views out to Sea from this well coordinated bedroom, bedside tables and lamps.  A separate 'dressing area' provides ample storage for clothes with the addition of a full length mirror. An analogue Radio is provided for your enjoyment.

Shower Room
The shower room has a white suite comprising of a corner shower cubicle with glass sliding screens, low level WC and a pedestal washbasin with a feature light up mirror over.

Outside
To the front of Little Seawatch is a paved patio area providing an ideal location for those 'al fresco' breakfasts and to take in and admire the Sea and coastal views.  A picnic bench and sun parasol are available for your use.

Parking
There is an allocated parking space available for your use in the small car park a short distance away.

Laundry Room
Behind Little Seawatch is a coin operated laundry room for guests use, there is a set of keys inside the chalet.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE : All dogs are to be kept on a lead in the garden as it is not a private garden and is communal. In the information pack at the property it states that dogs needs to be on the lead in the grounds and the owners provide an extended lead which covers around 4m.
