Little Horsecombe is a traditional thatched cottage situated in an idyllic, quiet rural location about 3/4 mile from Batson Creek and a twenty-minute walk from the Salcombe Estuary. Salcombe is home to a fantastic array of pubs, restaurants, art galleries and boutique shops. Catch the foot passenger ferry across to the sandy unspoilt beaches of East Portlemouth, or why not spend an afternoon crabbing on the quayside? The kitchen is galley-styled with fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Adjacent is a utility room housing a washing machine, w.c. and hand basin. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with a large sofa, armchairs, TV with Freeview and DVD player. A pair of French doors lead out to the garden and terrace. On the first floor are the three bedrooms; the master has a double bed, views over the garden and neighbouring countryside, and an en-suite shower room with a shower. The remaining two bedrooms are both twins, each with two single beds and pleasant views over the garden. A family bathroom has a bath and shower (over). Outside is a large garden and paddock with garden furniture and a barbeque, whilst a tennis table in located the garage… great fun for children and adults alike! There is ample space for 2-3 cars on drive. As a baby friendly property, a travel cot is available on request.
