Kurnell Cottage

Kurnell Cottage is a lovely two-bedroom cottage, newly refurbished and decorated, located in the upper part of the picturesque fishing village of Staithes in the North York Moors National Park. On the ground floor the open plan sitting room is well furnished with a fantastic wood burning stove (starter pack of logs, kindling matches etc provided in winter months), a 30” Smart TV, DVD player and lovely comfortable sofas. This opens into a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs to enjoy meals together. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, free-standing wardrobe and 40” TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a 24″ TV. The smart bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, WC and hand wash basin To the rear of Kurnell Cottage is a patio with a table, chairs and parasol; there is also a private parking space.
