Kemp Street Cottage is a lovely centrally located house, perfect for a family holiday or group of friends.  The house is located in a pretty street full of pastel coloured houses with gorgeous floral displays outside.  The interior is a comfortable home from home with leather settees, open plan dining leading to the kitchen and a great outdoor patio to enjoy warm evenings or morning coffee.

The location couldn't be better, walking distance to the beach, the city centre and everything Brighton has to offer.  The North Laines is a particularly vibrant area with many independent vintage shops, coffee houses and a great art house cinema.  There is also an amazing choice of pub or restaurant to enjoy a local gin or two! Coast: 0.6 miles, Pub: 0.2 miles, Shop: 0.2 miles, Train Station: 0.3 miles.
