**Don’t hesitate to book this place. Amazing location close to some fabulous beaches Newquay, Dairyland and Lappa Vally all a short drive away. The site is peaceful, quiet with a lovely park for the children, close enough you can watch them while they play. The place was clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back**

Just Beachy is a modernised beach themed property offering a great space for family’s and up to two dogs (please email if you have more pets)
The location of the property really lends itself to exploring Cornwall’s beaches, coastal walks and quaint harbour towns from the doorstep.

The property is situated on the very edge of a holiday park in walking distance to a children’s outdoor play area cafe and the Manor Arms pub, both serve great food.

Down a few steps you enter the property into fully equipped kitchen/diner with dining table and chairs, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and good surface space for cooking.

From the kitchen is an open plan lounge area with comfy corner sofa that folds out into a double bed, a smart TV and dvd player. From the lounge is the rear patio with BBQ, table and chairs.

To the first floor:
Leading up the stairs from the kitchen is the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and door leading out onto the balcony.
The family bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, closet and a door leading out onto a balcony area.

The rear of the property offers a great place for your morning coffee or an evening BBQ on the patio. Just a short walk and in sight from the lounge is a fabulous park area for the children with swings, slides and climbing apparatus so you can watch the children play safely.
