The large galleried sitting room is a cosy space to relax in front of the woodburner in the evenings. On the mezzanine level is a seating area which has doors opening out to a terraced balcony where you can take in the breathtaking valley views. Up four steps from the sitting room is the newly fitted well-equipped kitchen/dining area which leads to a lobby with access to a shower room equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There is a ground floor twin bedroom which can be a king-size double on request and on the first floor is a large king-size double with en-suite facilities which is accessed via stairs from the lobby. Completing the accommodation is the fantastic benefit of a rear conservatory which can be enjoyed no matter what the weather. Outside, you can sit in the lawned garden or relax with a glass of something cool on the balcony and watch the sun go down. This cottage is in a fantastic location within very easy driving distance of Aberaeron which is a charming coastal town. There are a number of different walks on offer, National Trust properties, the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve and the seaside resorts of New Quay, Lampeter and Aberystwyth are well worth a visit.
