The front door and entrance hall leads to a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with sea views and french doors leading to a spacious patio with table and chairs. The patio leads to a private beach area with a gate which opens directly onto Sandbanks beach.

There are four bedrooms in the property. To the rear of the property there is a king bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a twin room with an ensuite shower room. Both rooms have direct views over the beach. To the front of the property there is a further two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. There is a spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
