High Park Barns

Paul and Anne-Louise White along with their 2 boys; Alexander and Elliot as well as their (non) working cocker Bertie moved to North Devon in 2014 to enjoy the 'good life'. They have spent 4 years converting the barns at High Park into luxurious dog friendly accommodation. High Park Barn is a small luxurious complex of 7 properties . Sheldon, Montgomery & Hastings - three converted Barns (sleep 4 each), Molesworth Barn & The Coach House (sleep 2 each) , Moulton Barrett (sleeps 6 with air-conditioning) and High Park House - a spacious 6,500sq.ft country house (sleeps 16).

All the properties share the indoor heated swimming pool and 6 seater hot tub. The pool temperature is kept 30°C thanks to our bio-mass boiler. We offer guests the opportunity to come and relax near our private lake, to enjoy a sun-downer on the deck of the boat house overlooking the 100 metre lake or take a stroll around the 14 acres of grounds. Whilst maintaining the traditional look of the barns externally, the interior provides all the modern day comfort and luxury you would expect. These barns offer fantastic far reaching countryside views.

High Park is steeped in history, and former residents include the nephew of the famous poet Robert Browning and Elizabeth Moulton-Barrett.

We are perfectly positioned to enjoy the year round dog friendly beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton and Instow beach.
