The Residence at Gwel an Mor is a development of designer retreats available to buy on a leasehold basis, with 90% of our owners opting to rent their properties through us for excellent returns. Many of our modern Residence Eco Lodges welcome dogs to stay and they will enjoy exploring the large outdoor decking area, sniffing the fresh sea air and snuggling up in front of the log burner in a fluffy bed that we provide on arrival. All of these contemporary lodges are set on one level and boast private bubbling hot tubs and log burners, as well as mood lighting and plush modern decor throughout. The Residence 3 sleeps up to 6 humans, while the Residence 2 sleeps up to 4 humans. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per lodge @ £50 per dog These lodges are available to rent for holiday let or purchase as your holiday home and let your holiday pay for itself.
