Greenwood Barn (nr Ridlington, Norfolk) welcomes 4 dogs free or charge with up to 6 humans.
Dogs access all areas & get their own welcome goodies.
Dogs & humans get to relax in a spacious, yet cozy & comfortable single storey, detatched barn conversion.
3 large bedrooms (double & 2 twins), each with an en suite (including a large wheelchair friendly wet room).
Secure garden, with loads of parking & a large lawn for zoomies.
A quiet, rural location. Just 10-15 minutes walk to the dog friendly sandy beach (small section is dog free May-Sep). Located just off a quiet country lane, with a pre-bookable dog park & a dog friendly pub at the end of the lane opposite, plus lots of other dog friendly locations within walking distance. There are more farm animal neighbours than human ones. Your dogs won't see them, as they are behind a solid fence, over 5'6" high. They might hear pigs, donkeys, geese, horses, fowl & all manner of animal conversations. Lots of parking, within the secure garden. On arrival, you can shut the meshed 5-bar entrance gate & let the dogs out of the car to begin exploring. Free EV charging available by arrangement. Dogs have their own shower attachment outside. The only dog-free zone is the human shower. There are no steps, inside or out & low profile thresholds, hence we often have both dogs & humans with mobility issues to stay. Double doors (with a small lip) lead straight out to the patio areas & garden. Hard flooring, with a large low profile rug in the lounge. Underfloor heating throughout (also loved by dogs who are older or with joint issues). A wood burner & superb insulation, for super cozy winter evenings.
