Outside, there is plenty of space for children to play on the huge lawn, with benches perched on the patio area along the wall of the house, accessible by French doors opening out from the kitchen area. Bistro dining facilities are available with a table and chairs offering the perfect place to have dinner after a long and exciting day out. The surrounding area holds many gems to go and explore; the Dorset ‘Trailway’ runs from Shillingstone to Sturminster, putting you in a position to see Hambledon Hill Fort, along with other attractions such as Hod Hill and Bulbarrow (900ft-the highest point in Dorset).
