The beamed sitting room oozes character where you can relax on the sofas in front of the woodburning stove or enjoy a home-cooked meal from the separate kitchen. Outside there’s a private enclosed patio where you can sit in the evening sun and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining, and you also have use of enclosed fields from where you can admire the views over Loxton Valley. There are plenty of Somerset attractions and places to visit from this lovely cottage with the village of Winscombe being close by and offering an array of independent shops, tea rooms and a pub. Within reach and well worth visiting is the impressive Cheddar gorge and caves, and also in the area are Wells, England’s smallest city, the historic city of Bath and the Clark’s shopping village in Street (next to Glastonbury). A charming cottage for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.
