Perfect for couples and young families and situated in a superb location; this refurbished two bedroom apartment is a few minutes walk to Tenby’s breathtaking beaches and iconic harbour. Housed in a listed building it has a private suntrap garden and comes with a free designated parking space. Spend your days on three miles of blue flag beaches, take one of the many boat trips from the harbour or while away the hours wandering among the shops, bars and restaurants on the bustling high street. The space Our home has a separate gated entrance with a few steps leading down to the front door. The space is all yours. The kitchen, dining and living area is open-plan with light streaming in from the original sash window. Our kitchen is fully equipped whether you plan to have a cosy night in with home cooking, prepare snacks for a day out or just chill your drinks for an evening on the patio. Nobody wants to wash dishes on holiday so why not make the most of the dishwasher and put your feet up and relax. The dining table seats four in comfort. Use it for family dining or its perfect for playing games and jigsaws on those rainy days. Snuggle up on our sofa and chair and make the most of our large TV with NOW TV, Netflix and DVD player. You’ll find a large selection of DVDs, games, puzzles and jigsaws in the TV sideboard. To the rear of the apartment you will discover a neatly presented bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed with memory foam topper and luxurious bedding. A wardrobe and chest of drawers together with bed-side tables provide ample storage space. USB charging ports are located on each side of the bed for your convenience. The bunk room houses a comfortable bunk bed, and although it can sleep small adults we recommend that it is more suited to our younger visitors. We don't recommend that adults sleep on the top bunk. A tall boy provides clothes storage and there is a separate night light for younger guests. Our bathroom features a full size bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail and large medicine cupboard. A few steps from the rear door in the main bedroom lead up to the private fully enclosed garden. Here you’ll find a quiet, peaceful suntrap area ideal for kicking back with a cold drink and alfresco dining. Why not sign up for one of the mackerel fishing trips from the harbour and use the gas BBQ to grill your catch. After the kids have gone to bed enjoy a sundowner on the patio and bask in the last of the rays before the stars come out. Use the undercover area at the rear of the apartment to keep bikes or prams safe and out of the rain. It’s also perfect for drying wetsuits and beachwear.
