The flat is on the first floor with sea glimpses from the living room, which also features a wood burning stove and HD Smart TV. Fast fibre optic WiFi throughout the flat (65 Mbps). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual, including a dishwasher (phew) and built in microwave. The main bedroom contains a King size bed, whilst the smaller room contains a single bed with a second pull out bed underneath, so can be arranged as a single or twin room. Free parking can be found on all the surrounding streets such as Woodlane and Albany Road. No parking on Woodlane Crescent. There is shared garage for storage of bikes, surfboards etc, and a shared north facing garden to the rear of the building. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £30/dog (max 2), although not permitted in the bedrooms or on the sofa.
