Relax with the whole family at this peaceful rural 150yr+ detached barn conversion. Set in 0.4 acres of private enclosed grounds with uninterrupted country views across to Dartmoor. We welcome up to 4 dogs. Lovely walks from the door to fields, woods and a stream as well as a small shop and bar/food. We are right on the Devon/Cornwall border with stunning dog friendly beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay, reached in around 25 minutes, as well as Polzeath, Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel and Eden in under an hour.

Curl up watching films on the 55" Freeview Smart TV. There's something for everyone - old and new! Stream from your own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. The Wi-Fi included is superfast and unlimited. A working Rayburn is the highlight for those colder months as you walk into the beautiful open plan kitchen, complimented by all the modern appliances Electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy some country cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and relax around the over-sized table. Dine out locally, it's a pleasant country walk at just over a mile to bar/food/entertainment or a 6 minute drive to the village pub.

Beautiful garden for the dogs to enjoy, stunning walks. Doggy bag of treats in welcome pack alongside a bed in front of the aga, doggy fleece and towels. Lots of thought goes in to the doggy guests, the barn is by far the best
