The property is spacious and bright and is situated in a quiet, secluded position which overlooks Luscombe Valley and the prestigious Parkstone golf course. The property also offers far reaching sea views over Poole Harbour which is just a short walk away, and you can stroll to the village of Lilliput with a small parade of shops including a convenience store, bar, restaurant & bakery.

Crichel Point is situated close to the famous Sandbanks peninsula which includes restaurants, cafes, and watersports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.

All of the accommodation is on one level with no steps making it perfect if you are bringing someone with reduced mobility.  The property has three spacious bedrooms sleeping six and is ideal for a family holiday by the sea.

The entrance hall leads to the spacious lounge with comfortable seating and large patio doors which leads to a terrace and the garden beyond. The seating area enjoys the wonderful views of the Harbour and golf course.  The separate dining room seats six people and also has views over the golf course. The kitchen is also spacious with integrated appliances including a dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master king size bedroom overlooks the harbour and has a well appointed en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two further bedrooms with zip and link beds which can be made up as either twins or king size rooms, offering more flexibility for guests. The family shower room has a corner shower cubicle and there is a separate w/c.

Crichel Point is surrounded by mature gardens which are over an acre in size. The property is set back from the road with a long driveway which can accomodate parking for up to four cars.
