Colne Brook Barn

A dog friendly, cosy barn conversion with all the modern amenities required to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Situated in its own acre of grounds, accessed via a secure, electronically controlled gated driveway off the A48, this pretty, secluded and private property is the ideal location for some rest and relaxation, with a large private garden for your dog to roam and play.   The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room and the second bedroom has a queen size double and a single bed. Netflix and Amazon Prime are provided at no additional charge on a 40" Smart TV, for lazy days and movie nights.   There are also TV's in both bedrooms.  The main bathroom has a full size bath to relax in.   There is a wonderful kennel (Carols Kennels) 5 minutes drive away, which offers doggie daycare and a chance for your dog to play with others for the day (please bring vaccination proof).   A footbridge allows guests and dogs to enjoy the meandering Colne Brook which runs nearby guests with friendly dogs can also use our garden, consisting of a further two acres, to exercise dogs and children.  There is a licensed tearoom opposite the property and dog-friendly pubs selling great food within walking distance. The property is situated in the Royal Forest of Dean where outdoor activities are plentiful, including walking, canoeing along the River Wye, rock climbing, riding and fishing.
