The Coach House is nestled in St Fillans a beautiful village in the heart of The Loch Lomond National Park. The cottage boasts a large south-facing garden at the front of the property with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. The garden is enclosed offering a safe place for dogs and children. The cottage also offers a private foreshore and Jetty, bring your canoe or paddle-board or enjoy wild swimming in the Loch.

The lounge has a wood burner a perfect way to relax after a busy day. Upstairs offers another king-size bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom and bathroom. Full Amenities LIVING AREA The open plan living space is great for socialising. There is a large fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. FAMILY BATHROOM The 2 main bathrooms contains bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. BEDROOMS Sleeps up to seven guests, with 2 x king bedrooms, a twin room and a seperate single room. Storage space is available in all bedrooms. OUTSIDE There is parking for 2/3 cars on the driveway and there is a covered carport which would be suitable for storing bikes and a hard stand for a motorbike. The village is located at the east end of Loch Earn on the A85 road in central highlands of Scotland. Enjoy the picturesque views over Loch Earn and soak in the diverse historical associations as the village was renamed St. Fillans in 1817 by Lord Gwydyr, the husband of Clemantina Drummond, heiress to the Drummond Estate. Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth are just over an hour’s drive away. Glencoe for skiing in the winter months is also accessible.
