Butley Barn

This beautiful, converted barn sleeps 14 guests and has access to both a hot tub, jacuzzi and sauna along with stylish facilities for a wonderful stay. It is ideally located for a family holiday so you can enjoy all that the Suffolk Coast has on offer. Butley Barn offers spacious accommodation for a larger group of friends or family wanting a stay in a peaceful location and to totally relax. The Barn is well equipped with a large kitchen area as part of a larger open-plan living space. There is a further separate sitting room and two bedrooms on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities. A number of the beds can either be twin singles or set up as as a super-king size bed (see layout below), providing lots of flexibility for the group. Outside there is a large hot tub, garden furniture and a brick built barbecue. In addition, there is a separate spa facility with jacuzzi, sauna and two treatment rooms.
If you are interested in having a catered service during your stay please let us know and this can be arranged. Butley Barn also has a wood fired pizza oven which can be hired for an additional charge. If you are interested in this please get in touch.
Butley Barn can be booked along with The Pottery Barn, which sleeps 6 guests to sleep up to 20 guests. These two properties combined are known as The Barns at Butley.

Up to four well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Please note that children must be supervised when using the hot tub, sauna and jacuzzi.
