A beautiful barn conversion in the quiet village of Great Paxton, St Neots. 5 minute from St Neots and only a 30 minute drive to Cambridge, home to the prestigious University of Cambridge, dating to 1209.

You can relax with your friends in the Jacuzzi or dare to take a dive under the cold water bucket, or wrap up with your loved one and have a glass of wine with a meal outside enjoying the stone fireplace, its up to you how you choose to spend your time here and we will do all we can to make your trip a memorable one.

If you would like to use the facilities during your stay please let us know in advance the date and time and we will get everything ready for when you are wanting to unwind.

We are happy for our guests to use the space for the following;

Baby Showers, Christenings, Mothers/Fathers Day, Family gatherings, work gatherings, Business retreats, Birthday Celebrations, Valentines Day, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years, Easter, Bank Holidays & Weekends away.
