Bicton Cottage

Bicton Cottage is a 300 year old detached cottage set in the heart of beautiful South Shropshire. The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms-a double and a twin. On entering the cottage,there is a small area for storing boots and hanging coats. This leads through to the kitchen which has recently been refitted throughout. There is a downstairs bathroom with over bath shower.

The lounge has a large fire place with a log burner-logs are supplied free of charge.Upstairs are the double and twin bedrooms.

The garden is large -great for owners with dogs. Guests are welcome to bring two dogs with them.

There is a garden shed where the logs are stored-this can be used as bike storage also if needed.

The village of Clun is less than two miles away, it has a couple of great pubs , a grocery shop with post office ,a garage , tea and gift shops.A visit to Clun would not be complete without a visit to Clun Castle. There are numerous castles and buildings of interest in the area.

Bishops Castle,Ludlow and Church Stretton are all nearby ,all are great to explore ,with a wealth of pubs and independent shops.

There are plenty of opportunities to go walking in the area- The Shropshire way and Offa's dyke paths are on the doorstep,also there are numerous forestry commission woodlands within easy reach of the property for walking and mountain biking.
