Beechcroft House provides the perfect base for families and friends, offering accommodation for ten people in five bedrooms, extensive gardens and games room! 

Size: sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms
Beds: 1 x King, 3 x Double beds and 2 Singles. 
Rooms: Kitchen, five bedrooms, games room, conservatory, three bathrooms and two cloakrooms. 
Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Entertainment:  TV and games room. 
Parking: One allocated private parking space.
General: WiFi, linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels.
Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £400, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Important notes: Enclosed beautiful garden with pond (please do not leave children unattended). Please note Bedroom 4 and 5with double and two single beds has no window dressings. Balcony in the living are on the first floor will remain inaccessible for safety reasons.
