A wonderful couthy wee cottage… with no close neighbours… large garden fenced… dozens of different walks from the cottage..over mountains, along tracks or wonderful level beach routes.

Barrackscottage.com Dogs are always welcome… with simple and basic conditions re not being allowed in any of the bedrooms… and not to be encouraged on to the furnishings in the living room. Most of our visitors… ( regular ) bring their mascots along with them… and thoroughly enjoy many short and walkable jaunts with their pets to local business premises who are happy to accept well behaved dogs… including… The Glenelg Inn… Ruth’s Cafe.. The Dun Brewing etc/ Well behaved dogs will each be able to stay at Barracks Cottage for £25 each per week…Max. 2 dogs. We can also put you in touch with a local dog walking/sitting service..should you wish !
