Departing from Tardebigge and Great Haywood, this route takes a steady seven hours cruising per day for one week. The entire route covers 79 locks. The Tardebigge is a 64ft cruiser stern narrowboat suited for family groups.

Full radiator central heating throughout. 240v electricity (max 1000 watts).

On-board there is a small travel hairdryer and a 12v mobile phone charging point (bring your own car charging lead). The boat comes with 1GB free WiFi per holiday.

A spacious centre saloon with sofa seating and a table, which can be converted into a double bed in the evening, if required. There is a TV/DVD player and a CD/radio player in the saloon.

The well-equipped galley, located next to the saloon in the middle of the boat. There is a four burner gas cooker complete with grill and oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment, sink and drainer, work surfaces and storage space. There is a cafetiere in the galley. Sufficient saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. are provided for the number of berths.

There are three cabins. The rear cabin has two single beds and a small wardrobe for storing clothes. The next cabin has a permanent double bed and the forward cabin has two single beds. Bed linen is supplied.

One full bathroom with a wash basin, flush toilet and shower. There is a separate wash basin and toilet in-between the rear cabins, with a hand towel supplied in each bathroom.
