Very very budget, if you are just looking for a field and you have your own facilities then go for it.
Exceedingly run down facilities which are not suitable for the large number of guests it can hold, came in the week but would have been unbearable at a weekend.
Not much walking areas for dogs which don’t involve a giant hill, lots of dear so look out for ticks (I got bitten but not the dog) If you get easily offended or have some expectations of good service do not have contact with the owner.
Please research the reviews and make your mind up as this could be great for a selective few but not the majority.
