The water is so clear, there is so much space it never gets crowded and when the sun comes out you could be in the Mediterranean. With the drinking water and miles of sand dunes to walk in and the shade of the cliff it is dog heaven they have everything they could want on a beach. The views of the lighthouse, St Ives and the beautiful cliffs and dunes surrounding it are stunning. To see my dog running free and splashing around in the pools and sea makes my heart burst, we are so happy there together and have spent many days on the beach with picnics, a sunshade and each other. My favourite memories of falling asleep with my old dog curled up together are there sheltering behind a rock warmed by the sun, not caring what the time was and now swimming with my new one in the clear pools are some of the happiest most care free times of my adult life and would not be complete without my dog by my side.
