Recently we were unfortunate to have to put to sleep out 11 year old Labrador due to cancer. They were so supportive to both us and Danny. They gave him a big bowl of tasty food as his “last meal” . They laid a comfy blanket on the floor for him to lie on which they wrapped him in afterwards for us to take home. They gave us loads of time to discuss our decision before performing the procedure. They put his lead safe (which we accidentally left behind) so that we could collect it when we were ready. They also sent us a lovely sympathy card in the post which included a packet of wild flower seeds for us to plant as a memorial to Danny. Every step was kind and thoughtful.
